I got up this morning ready for another day of my 30-day challenge. As I sipped my morning coffee and had my breakfast I took some time to try and decide what I was going to write about today.

Was I going to write about a movie I watched last night? Or was I going to write about yet another glorious day in Sydney Australia today?

My phone rang, and well the answer to what I was going to write about today came to me.

I was called up for an interview this morning in response to a job I recently applied for.

Naturally, I was grateful and thrilled for the opportunity and to have made t to the interview process. Especially the moment with over one million Australians out of work.

Then came the million-dollar question from me about wheelchair access. There was an awkward silence on the end of the phone from the employer.

I went on to explain I’ve had my disability since birth and use a manual wheelchair for mobility.
