This recently has happened to me from what I’ve discovered from a now ex friend. She dated someone who was a narccist and unfortunately he turned her into one. She would constantly put me down to make herself feel better and tries to control me and constantly validate my existence. I’d never heard of white king narccism until reading this so thank you
